IBM keen on working with Karnataka government on cyber security AI

A high-level delegation of IBM officers on Tuesday met C. N. Ashwathnarayan, Minister for IT-BT, Science and Expertise on the Vikasa Soudha in Bengaluru and evinced curiosity in sharing data with the federal government of Karnataka within the areas of cyber safety and synthetic intelligence (AI).

The three-member IBM delegation led by Sandip Patil, managing director, IBM South Asia assured the minister that the corporate would assist the federal government in formulating a cyber-security coverage.

In the course of the assembly, Ashwathnarayan stated the federal government would take the assistance of the corporate in issues regarding cyber safety.

Patil stated IBM intends to improve all of the Atal Tinkering Labs within the state and hoped that the federal government would lengthen its co-operation on this regard.

In the meantime, Ashwathnarayan introduced that IBM had positively responded to improve the Sri Krishnarajendra Silver Jubilee Technological Institute in Bengaluru on a partnership foundation.
