Volkswagen Group of America is teaming up with Nevada startup Redwood Materials to recycle batteries from VW and Audi electrical autos in the US, the businesses stated.
VW is the most recent carmaker to accomplice with Redwood, which has solid related alliances with Toyota Motor Corp, Ford Motor Co, and Geely Car’s Volvo Vehicles.
In a press release, VW Group of America Chief Govt Scott Keogh stated the recycling partnership with Redwood will “assist us speed up EV adoption in America.”
