The Delhi high court dismissed Future Retail‘s plea that sought to restrain its companion Amazon from interfering in its $3.4 billion asset sale cope with Reliance Industries.
Amazon is locked in a bitter authorized dispute with Future Group, which in August bought its retail belongings to Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries. The deal breaches agreements made in 2019 by Future, in accordance with the US on-line retailer.
